The 8th Ward urges you to vote for Amanda Davidson for Judge in the Common Pleas Court. Amanda has nearly three decades of legal experience in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Amanda has built her law practice primarily in criminal defense, personal injury, and workers compensation. She has represented clients in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and in both state and federal courts.  Amanda serves as a senior trial attorney at Fine, Staud and Levy, where she represents clients in cases involving workplace injuries, car accidents, and slip-and-falls. Her legal background includes family law and business disputes, as well as over 15 years of owning and operating her own law practice.

Amanda has been active in various charitable organizations dedicated to improving the lives of women in marginalized communities near and far.  An active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and Temple Law Alumni Association, she has co-chaired the Women’s Leadership Initiative for nearly a decade. Amanda is deeply committed to mentoring young attorneys and fostering the next generation of legal professionals. She is passionate about serving in Municipal Court, as it is closest to greatest number of people who need justice every day.

Amanda’s legal experience has given her an excellent foundation for serving as a Municipal Court Judge. Known for her energy, compassion, and humility, Amanda is dedicated to treating everyone with respect and decency.
